Our aluminium foundry has been producing aluminium castings since 2003. The company was formed on the basis of experience of two generations in designing and producing casting patterns.
The plant established by our family has been producing casting patterns for industrial purposes since 1950, and the knowledge obtained in the process made our development possible and still forms the basis of our production of aluminium castings.
Nowadays, the die-casting aluminium foundry is the most important and most intensively developed section of our company. While die-casting allows us to produce more pieces, the constantly-developed machinery stock enables production of increasingly broader range of products. Regularly implemented modern production technologies make the performance of increasingly complex projects possible.
Despite the development of casting techniques, we still put much emphasis on casting in sand moulds, focussing on quality of materials used and the control of casting processes. A team of experienced moulders and foundrymen working in the foundry for many years ensures good quality of castings and low number of faulty pieces. It also gives us the now highly-valued ability to prototype.

The aluminium foundry underwent modernisation twice and currently the production takes place on the area of 1500 m2, with three remelt furnaces and surface preparation and mechanical working department. To meet the market expectations our foundry based the production of aluminium castings on two technologies, which allows us to offer both small- and medium-sized batch production.
We produce casting patterns and die-casting moulds mostly independently, but also cooperate with partners who are experts in the field. This process is supported with state-of-the-art technology in this field, such as 3D scanning and 3D designing, and the production itself with CNC technology. We do not refrain from consulting performance of equipment with client, which often contributes significantly to production of correct moulds and good aluminium castings.
A very important matter for our aluminium foundry is to deliver orders on time. Thanks to constant control of both the processes and pace of work we are a timely producer, which is confirmed by a group of long-standing clients.
