MECHANICAL WORKING OF ALUMINIUM CASTINGS
The aluminium foundry includes Mechanical Department where the produced castings undergo mechanical working. We have machinery stock adapted to work on aluminium, and we perform working in accordance with client’s specification. We perform a number of technological operations, such as drilling holes, milling and surface grinding, turning, drawing or cutting. The processes are performed mostly on CNC machines.
TOOL SHOP – PRODUCTION AND ADAPTATION OF MOULDS AND CASTING TOOLS
In order to ensure quick execution of orders our plant has a separate Casting Moulds Design and Production Department. The tool shop is equipped with both state-of-the-art design software and CNC working stations for production of moulds. On the basis of our technology our team of experienced engineers can prepare a production process from the design to the finished product.
STRENGTH TESTS AND HEAT TREATMENT OF CASTINGS
At the client’s request we can conduct strength tests and material structure tests. In order to improve mechanical properties of castings we also offer heat treatment of the castings produced.
